Flybell is a Wind type Monsoul. Flybell evolves for Umbrellow at level up in "Rain".

Traveling in the wind, this creature is always moving to other places in the region through the sky. They usually stand close to other Flybell so they can stay protected. It is said that rain can totally heal these creatures.
